Ecsenius lividanalis, commonly known as the blue-headed tooth blenny in Indonesia and also known as the blue-headed tooth blenny, is a species of blue-headed tooth blenny in the genus Ecsenius. It is found in coral reefs throughout the western Pacific Ocean. It can reach a maximum length of 5 centimetres (2 in). Blennies in this species feed primarily on plants, including benthic algae and weeds, and are commercial aquarium fish. There are two coloured morphs of this blenny, both with a black patch around the anus. One morph has a blue head with a yellow body and irises while the other morph is dark, occasionally all yellow, with a bluish-white irises, a yellow back and a yellow caudal fin.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
